by Zhejiang province or upper level government with
RMB 15 yuan per cubic meter reduction;
land use fee: RMB yuan 0,5/m2 * year, (not
applicable to foreign invested enterprises);
land transfer price includes land collection fee from
farmers, farmers relocation fees and infrastructure
construction fee to the boundary of investors?site.
land leveling price is USD 2.7-3.6 /m2.
