Orimulsion Oil Project is to carried by China National Fuel Oil Co., Ltd, which is alleviate China’s fuel oil shortage and to put into effect of the petroleum field cooperation agreement between China and Venezuela. The project is to construct two deepwater berths and one 500,000-cubic-meter-tank which is used as the transshipment center, whose total investment is RMB 314.05 million yuan. On March 26, 2003, the general manager, Mr. Wu Guozhi, came to Daxie Development Zone to make the review, and showed that the construction was to start in 2003.
